Kristin went above and beyond. Wife wasn’t home when she arrived, so she came back. Still not home on the second attempt, but instead of giving up, she came back a third time and hand-delivered the flowers directly to my wife, the birthday girl. The arrangement itself is stunning, but the exceptional care and persistence made this truly special. This is the kind of service that earns loyalty. Won’t order from anywhere else.
Absolutely terrible experience. The flowers looked nothing like the photos online half of them were already wilted and dying by the next day. Customer service was beyond rude and acted like it was my fault for expecting fresh flowers. Delivery was late with zero communication, and the arrangement looked rushed and cheap for the price I paid. I honestly felt embarrassed giving them as a gift. Save your money and go somewhere that actually cares about quality and customers.
