I feel like family when I go there. I started with LWT 2013 got treated after major spinal fusion and again 4 years later for knee replacement. I have been very satisfied with my help to enjoy fishing and gardening again. I recommend them to all my friends.
While Dr. Z provided excellent care, the billing department at Living Well Therapy is an absolute nightmare. I originally sought treatment after being hit by a drunk driver, and all invoices were handled through insurance. Two years ago, their office manager, Melissa, contacted me claiming I had an outstanding balance. After I questioned the charge, she later admitted in writing that it was a billing mistake, confirmed I owed nothing, and even offered a free massage as an apology.
