I called Ms Lee Bowles with Living Waters Hospice on a recent Monday morning and she worked tirelessly to get my husband home by that same evening. She met us personally at Baylor St Luke's Downtown Houston within an hour of me calling. She thoroughly explained everything to me and rapidly completed arrangements for the necessary medical equipment & medication to be delivered to our home. I had a wonderful experience with Living Waters Hospice. The team provided compassionate, personalized care for my loved one during a challenging time. From the initial consultation to the end-of-life support, every staff member was professional, attentive, and genuinely caring.
My father was with them for almost two years. We started there after strokes left him unable to walk, with post stroke dementia and unable to take care of himself and ended on hospice care with his leaving earth peacefully. The care givers were kind, helpful, and attentive. Miss Lee and her staff are a rare find and are gems.
