If they treated you like they did many friends and family the last year or two it's definitely time to shop elsewhere! Used to be real good...now real poor!
They winterized an already winterized sprinkler system while we were not home, without confirming an appointment over the phone/email before hand. Voicemails were left, and when we tried to cancel they said "well if it looks like it has already been winterized, they will leave it". Today, we get a bill in the mail for $60.00, and upon speaking to the receptionist and explaining what happens, she gets extremely snippy and tells us if we do not pay it, it will just go into collections. I couldn't be happier with the service I received from this company. My sprinklers are winterize. And I told them about the trouble I was having with finding a key long enough for my shut off value. They told me where to find one just like theirs and then they graciously gave me one of their keys. What a blessing! They now have a customer for life!
Hired Living Water to rip out my old lawn that was full of nasty grasses and put in new sod. I think everyone on the crew I talked to at one point said something about doing what's right for the customer. They really know how to run a business. They used real high quality sod. It turned out terrific.
I had a GREAT experience with Living Water. After playing phone tag with the company that I was using to get an estimate on some landscaping work for a week I call Living Water and the person was there the same day! He gave me the estimate and the crew showed up the next day! The work was outstanding and the crew was professional and friendly. They went above my expectations.
Beware of this company! They put you on an automatic renew unless you cancel and won't work with you on anything! I cancelled service with one of there employees in my driveway and they still did future services and said they didn't have any notes from technician! Said they would turn bill over to collection if not paid! These people suck Ass! This company sucks Ass! They will rip you off and continue to as long as you want service from them and even when you don't! Piss poor company and sevice in dealing with my account!! I... read more
Administered weed treatment I did not approve and charged me for it and than refused to make it right, thus I am paying for a treatment that I did not approve and am treated like a liar. Very disappointed with this company.
