From beginning to end, Lucas and Tammy were fantastic! Probably just another day in the office for some of these guys, but for a buyer, they were always there at any time to answer any questions. Made the whole process less stressful. Thank you to all who were involved, you guys are the best in a crazy industry!!
Out of state buyer / Waiting since June-2024 when the seller accepted and signed the contract. I quit counting the missed closing dates. BE AWARE ............ I will post/update again soon.

As with other reviews,This company charges 7% to list a property, which is insane,Highway robbery,They also have preditory listing agreements of 365 days,I had a senior who signed a listing agreement with Lance Cureton,she probably didn’t even notice the 365 days or else she probably would have never signed it. Not to mention even if he doesn’t find they buyer for your home,and the buyer is merely a family friend that you dind on your own,he still wants commission for doing absolutely NOTHING.
