Haven’t received serviced yet, but the intake person, Michelle, was friendly, very helpful with my questions, and prompt sending me forms to fill out. She also made sure I knew I could reach out to her with any issues.

Not one single PAID human being that works at the office could be bothered to return multiple calls for help. A therapist office that ghosts and gaslights mentally ill individuals is what this place is. I hope the great state of California and the Department of Managed Healthcare come down on you for your poor business practices and untimely, unprofessional handling of patients.

I tried on numerous occasions to reach out to this clinic for help with severe grief and depression. All I wanted was to see a therapist to help me through this difficult time in my life, but apparently I wasn't worth their time, effort or just a simple return phone call. I spoke to two separate people on two separate occasions, both doing an intake assessment and assuring me I would receive a phone call back shortly to arrange time with a counselor.
