Living Stree Free is a great place to find some balance. Therapy is a good thing for everyone and Marilyn and Lou are the best. Take a look at you're life from a slightly different angle and get help putting down some of that stress you've been lugging around. I don't think you even have to live in Rochester or be capable of leaving your home to talk to someone. I believe they have e-counseling as well. Do it!! It's so worth it. Marilyn and Lou helped me work though some very dark times and gave me life lessons and insights that I use daily.
I have known Lou and Marilyn and benefited from their insights, guidance, and teachings for years.
