I ordered a bed which was to be delivered from 2:30 to 6:30 today. At 6:45 I called the delivery service and was told he returned to the facility. I got no call alerting me to this and sat home for 4 hours waiting for this shipment by XPO. When I asked her why she cant call the driver to see what the deal was she hung up on me. Went into the store in Pflugerville, TX in May and spent a couple hours looking at couches and revive, adjustable bed line. After testing several pieces, and talking at length to sales rep, we ordered a sofa and a king size adjustable bed. With mattress cover, sheets, warranty, delivery fee spent over $6K. Received email with order list a couple weeks later. Noticed the wrong couch was on order (we did not order sleeper sofa). I ordered a dining room set online, which was delivered without issue. The chairs were a little scratched up, but nothing major, so I was just going to let it go until I found a chunk of wood missing from the table before I even pulled it out of the box. When I contacted customer support, they told me that my only recourse was to file a warranty claim, as the 7-day return/exchange period which apparently dictates whether they will address sending out damaged products, had expired. We bought a mattress, pillows, bed frame and adjustable base here and was told we could return the bed frame and adjustable base within 7 days. It's only been a couple days and we did not like the base and wanted to return. Now they are saying they cannot accept it and said the employee who explained the return policy in store no longer works there and they can't do anything about it.

I ordered a coffee table from Living Spaces and they said it would be delivered between 5/16/XXXX-X/20/2022. It was not delivered or have I heard anything about it yet. I HAVE CALLED 4 TIMES since 5/20/2022 AND BEEN TOLD SOMEONE WOULD CALL ME BACK IN 24-48 HOURS AND HAVE NOT HEARD ANYTHING AT ALL. AND TO MAKE IT WORSE THEY TOOK THE MONEY ($850,00) OUT OF MY ACCOUNT! THEY STOLE MY MONEY AND HAVE NOT DELIVERED THE PRODUCT!!! I HAVE ASKED TO TALK TO A MANAGER/SUP BUT OF COURSE THEY ARE NOT AVAILABLE!!! I AM FURIOUS!!!!!

We purchased a recliner chair at Living Spaces in Menifee in Feb. 2020. We also purchased a 5 year warrantee. After a few months it would not stay in the recliner position. Because of the Covid shutdown I could not get an answer to numerous phone calls. No one would have been allowed into my home to check the chair anyway as we live in a Senior Community here in Hemet.. Living Spaces has by far the worst customer service I have ever experienced. It's a shame because they have great products at affordable prices. The employees in the store lack a friendly, customer-facing, supportive approach. I resorted to ordering a product online, and it was delivered with a defect. We were on vacation though when it was delivered so it was past their 7-day return policy. After speaking to 4 separate people, a manager suggested that we start a warranty claim. This Store Living Spaces does NOT have customer service phone number and they hired a BAD logistics company (XPO) to deliver their orders. I'm having a BIG hard time with XPO and seems like there is no way to someone help me. And the fault is Living Spaces because they hired a bad company to deliver the orders. I'm waiting for my delivery since April 3rd. The window for the delivery was May 2nd to May 11th which did not happen. I'm very upset and frustrated with my purchase! Terrible experience!!! XPO ignored me 4 times and I have all texts and emails. Now, I have to wait 3 more days to schedule another day for them delivery my order.
