We went to several other furniture stores and were bombarded by questions and sales reps. When we were ready, we reached out to someone here that helped decide on everything we needed for new couches. Best sales experience yet, we will be back for future purchases.
Gloria, Kyle, and Sarah were all exceptional in helping me out yesterday. There had been some breakdown of communication with the call center and my account, and all three of these individuals went above and beyond to accommodate me. Truly great people and employees! Living Spaces is very fortunate to have them!

Sales associates were kind, knowledgeable, and didn’t try to push a sale. The delivery went smoothly and the delivery men were kind and helpful as well. Doing business with Living Spaces was a great experience overall. I will recommend them to friends and family.
Living Spaces is so unorganized. This is my second attempt to order a dinning room set from them and again I was disappointed. I was told that my items were in stock. The delivery guys get here and they were missing one of the items I ordered. The sales person Nancy and her manager told me multiple times before I paid for my order that my items were in stock and will be shipped to me on my delivery date. This Company is a joke, damaged furniture, Lousy customer service , deceiving employees. DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THEM!! BUYERS BEWARE. We spent over $14,000.00 and its been a nightmare!
If I could leave a zero or negative number I would. My wife is 6 months pregnant and we bought a couch from them for 2K. We were told that the couch would take two weeks to get to us. We also ordered a bunk bed for our daughter. The day our bunk bed and couch set was supposed to show..the bed arrived with parts missing and the couch was not delivered. This is by far the worst company I have ever dealt with. We have several pieces of furniture that are in pieces on my living room floor. When the delivery people showed up, they had the wrong hardware and couldn't put the furniture together. They swore someone would be there that day between 8pm and midnight with the right parts to put it together. We waited all night, no one showed up. No one called.
