A dream! Beautiful grounds and interior decor. Fabulous food and service
House keeping NOT on top of things. Very disorganized. Christmas Dinner was A Joke...super slow at getting our table served. The servers were flustered. The valet help was ok. Very expensive and disappointed overall. The 5 star rating is not truthful. The pool was nice but the air in pool room was chilly.
Had a wonderful time there really love the bath 🛀 in the room what I loved too mush. Lightings are kind of crazy but I’m sure it will fix . Really love my stay.
EXCELLENT DOESN'T EVEN TOUCH IT! This place is amazing! We had the most wonderful time celebrating friendship and our sweet momma to be! From the moment we checked in (a night early ay 2:00am because our other accommodations literally left us out wandering around in the cold) everything was just bliss! Heather was so kind to our travel-tired selves. She made sure we were all kinds of taken care of! Kendall was out super kind and accommodating breakfast server for the weekend! Loved!!! Heather and Mark at the concierge were FANTASTIC after a late night mix up landed us there a day early but at 2am. Kendal in the restaurant was fabulous and Jill's facial cannot be overrated. Loved our experience- can't wait to go back!
