Very impolite, atrocious and disgraced company, Aman. No extortion was involved there with the guest, we just need the honesty of your assessment. If it the extension cord was worn out (it was not), why didn't you tell me to replace it? Not reasonable. All he did was tighten the nuts inside the cabinet. Additionally, he even tried to spend time chatting with my Airbnb guest to show "mutual friendliness" meanwhile not fully concentrate on work spending time talking (both whispering and out loud).
