Gary Traflet listed our condo late one evening, and by 7:30 am the next morning we had an appointment. Three showings were scheduled that first day, and in 24 hours we had a full price, cash offer. It absolutely does not get any better than that. We closed without any issues. Gary made sure we dotted all the i’s and crossed all the t’s.
