Asked if they had "iced coffee" they said yes and sold me a cold brew that tasted burned. How do you burn cold brew? Food is fine, I guess for reheated frozen food.
If you order pickup, be assertive with getting your order because they really don't give a crap.
OK...I walked in got my own menu, found my own seat, ordered my sandwich, my mother's and 2 coffees. With a 25% tip we're in the 50$ range. Lovely staff, sandwich came, no sides...NO SILVERWARE, " It's around the corner " NO WATER, " Its inside" (empty) Never will I go back. My 25% tip bought me ZERO, ZILCH, ABSOLUTELY NOTHING. Went here for the first time this past weekend and loved it, the breakfast burrito was flavorful and well-made and the latte tasted good. Really good atmosphere, very friendly environment and a cute area to sit and chat or do work. I didn't order one but their pour-overs seem reasonably priced ($4-5) and I've heard that they're outstanding.
