There were times I thought this store was great, after making a big purchase there I discovered that the owner has a very bad way of addressing customer complaint issues, he is very condescending and his associate (Rick) is no better. It took too much back and forth to solve a simple problem. I'm glad to see the store close, people like that don't need to be in business and if they were staying open I wouldn't be spending anymore money in the store.
