Tobey Ryan, the General Manager of Living Interiors, did not answer or return any of my calls except for one. After that, I tried calling her again and again, but she never responded. Later, she sent me an email making excuses for why she still hadn't sent me a plant care proposal after two weeks. It's as if she were hiding. Not returning a potential customer's calls will guarantee the potential customer never becomes a customer. Communication is essential.
