I agree with the other reviews. LENC has outstanding service, Nat (owner/manager) is actually a really good dude, and I could not be happier with how the sale was handled. The sales was well managed and smooth (I requested a change to the order), I was well informed and the delivery was prompt. I have had a welcome to the family email and a couple of call-backs from Nat. I think this shows that Nat values his customers and wants each sale to be a good experience for his customers. Awesome result and I could not be happier.
The Team at Living Entertainment have been nothing short of amazing to deal with. You can tell they know alot about about the products they sell which makes you feel confident about your purchase. Very responsive and helpful via messenger and phone also. I would highly recommend this buisness for all your hifi needs. 11/10!
Go to these guys if you want service, not a transaction. It's easy to find products online but if you're a novice like me or need extra support to make decisions, Living Entertainment is next level. The videos on the website helped me to make a more informed decision. I had originally decided on the Pro-Ject X1 turntable, however the video convinced me to throw more money down on the X2 model. I recently purchased the Meze 99 Classic Closed Back Headphones in the colour Gold & Walnut. I had previously bought the same headphones from Living Entertainment North Coast but lost them in the Lismore February 2022 flood event when my home was flooded. Fortunately due to a co-operative insurance company here I am now able to replace these beautiful headphones. Excellent online shop and very quick delivery from Lismore to the Gold Coast.
