Spoke with three different people - they were all so thoughtful, polite, knowledgeable, and helpful. Delivery was quick. Offer very high quality products. I have built a Hi-Fi vinyl system from their products and advice, and listening to music has never been such an enjoyable and rich experience as it is now - my new and old favourites are the same but they sound so new (like they are new music) and there are details I have never heard before.
