A few years ago I had a good experience. The repair man was knowledgeable and friendly. My furnace was repaired and all was good. Recently I had a A/C issue. I tried to call all of their phone numbers had been disconnected. I started reading their recent reviews and check them on the BBB web site. I was shocked that it was the same company. They are no longer in business and is still taking money out of my account. I keep calling and calling with no answer.
They installed a mini split system incorrectly, then had to return to add a pump on the system which shorted out the circuit board. They ordered the wrong circuit board to replace it. The technician didn’t show up when scheduled. Meanwhile the heat index is 97’ and I didn’t have a/c. It is now 6 weeks into this problem. The communication was unprofessional and they offered no compensation for my inconvenience. I am paying $250/mo on a system that is useless.
