I got my hair done with Savanna, and I can’t recommend her enough! As someone who has struggled to find hairstylists who truly listen and understand my personal style, I was so happy to find her. She is professional, kind, and genuinely cares about making sure you leave with exactly what you’re looking for. She took the time to understand my vision and delivered results I absolutely love. As a new customer, I was initially willing to trust the salon’s process, including the requirement to place a card on file for the appointment, even though I’m typically hesitant about that policy. Unfortunately, my experience from the moment I arrived was disappointing. The salon itself was not to the level expected.
