Kirsty works wonders! Have had continuous neck and shoulder issues for a while, and she has always managed to sort me out every time, without fail ☺️
Kirsty always knows exactly how to tune my body back in. She truely has a gift. She is a wealth of knowledge and in a one hour session manages to reset my body and guide my following steps to wellness until my next session. Kirsty is a wonderful Naturopath. She is dedicated in her field and very knowledgeable in all that she does. Kirsty was able to help me break a very bad habit of having 5-8 frozen cokes a day down to 1 a day. Kirsty explained to me what exactly that frozen coke was doing to me internally. What an experience, warm, inviting and professional all at the same time, I have been seeing Kirsty for a few years now along with my children, for Bowen and natural health expertise. She is a wealth of knowledge.
Kirsty is extremely warm and welcoming as well as professional. My daughter was very shy but she warmed up to Kirsty instantly and was very relaxed and calm the whole session.
