My wife and I have just recently moved here, and we have been blown away by the kindness, and genuine helpfulness of all staff members. The apartment themselves are very nice, clean, and offer a great view. The building in in great condition, and we feel safe living here. There is also the added benefit of living within walking distance of anything in Zona Rosa. We could not be more happy with where we chose to live. Aliesha And Robert are phenomenal! And also go above and beyond

These apartments are gorgeous and you can’t beat the location! I am currently a vendor for this amazing property. The current management company and property owners are absolutely wonderful to work with! The current manager, Aliesha, is top notch in every way. I highly recommend these apartments to all who are in the market.

My stay at Zona Rosa has been nothing but wonderful. The staff was incredibly friendly and understanding, and helped me with anything that was required. I truly enjoyed my stay with them. I cannot recommend these apartments enough.
