Ugh this is soooo disappointing! I came to get a pedicure with my friend tonight. My friend was offered to upgrade to a manicure too and accepted , but I didn’t want a manicure. My nail lady tried to get me to also do a manicure but I wasn’t interested and the nail lady got kinda upset at me. I felt embarrassed. After that, she rushed through my pedicure. Zero stars. I came in 2 weeks prior to today and got gel polish and it chipped within two days and I ended up filing it off and repainting myself. I asked at my last appointment how much it would cost to get gel polish for my daughters on their toes and nails to which I was told $35 per child. Then I brought both daughters today and asked when I come in how much for the gel to which again she said $35 and then tried to have them pick out regular polish and I said no gel. This place deserves absolutely zero stars. I used to recommend people to come here but now I will be recommending people to go somewhere else. We walked in with 5 in a group of requesting services I clearly stated what service my child would be needing and we all got separated which at the time I didn't think was a big deal but it most definetly was because Gigi did an absolutely horrible job on her nails and also gave her acrylic nails when I told her that we were only doing gel builder with natural nail as shes a kid.
