I had never been to Livie Nails & Spa before. Yes, the reviews are mixed. But. I was in the area and I wanted to get a pedicure so I decided to call and make an appointment. I was a bit early, but I was greeted with a smile and was seated right away, despite there being quite a few ladies getting their nails done at that time. I’ve taken my wife to this nail shop twice, hoping for a relaxing visit. Unfortunately, both times the staff were extremely pushy. My wife clearly stated what she wanted, but they kept insisting she needed extra services and tried to upsell her at every turn. It felt like they were ignoring her preferences. On top of that, they were rude, and we could tell they were talking about us in their own language. It made the entire experience uncomfortable. We won’t be returning.

I adored my time with tweety! She is an angel and made sure my Brazilian wax was swift, spotless and fun. Plus, I was 38 weeks pregnant. She was very careful and kind! Love ya tweety! 10 out of 10 All done last minute as a walk-in Highly recommend
