Tim Frater is hands down the best realtor there is! Tim has helped me not only find an apartment, but also helped us find our first rental home when it was time. Now we have officially bought our first home and Tim was there for that as well. He's watched me go from a one-bedroom downtown apartment to the purchase of our forever home. The only thing I will miss about the process is hanging out with Tim!
