I take PiYo from Heidi and Yoga from Aron. Both classes have GREAT INSTRUCTORS! There are ladies (and some men) at all different levels. Great way to stay limber from all your aches & pains!

I go to a couple of classes at night with Taryn. Very little people there usually, which makes it personal. Taryn is a great instructor. She's very supportive and encouraging.
I absolutely LOVED the P90x class I took with Renee. The studio was packed and she made sure to include everyone in on the workout. She provided positive energy and made it fun. The place is gorgeous and I can't wait to come back for another workout! !!
