Unprofessional.. they’ll take your money and won’t complete any paperwork involving your treatment in a timely manner which will cause you to have a second visit and another copay… they charged me 50 dollars for paperwork that they won’t complete fully or in a responsible time. I’ve been waiting for over a month for them to fax over paperwork to my job. Now I may lose my job due to them not completing my disability packet with them having a month deadline. I travel a lot, so consistency is hard—but Livewell made it easy. Dr. Hazin set me up on peptides, I started with CJC-1295/Ipamorelin and tirzepatide, and I’ve stayed on track even with my schedule. Ava the medical assistant is amazing and the weekend hours make this actually sustainable.
Highly recommend L. Tabou. She was attentive, thorough with my bloodwork results. The wet cupping and red light therapy I did made a difference in how I felt.
