Great people, great service, very flexible and always on time. The receptionist as well as nurse were very accommodating. Keep it up!!!
It is totally unacceptable. They gave me an appointment today at 9 am. I take time off from work and attend there 10 mins prior. I waited nearly 50 mins for them to open medical center but it didn’t. Medical Center opening hours advertised as 9am-6pm and they offer me online appointment at 9 am. It is very unprofessional and total waste of time that they are closed at the time they appointed their patients. It is not a shop or ordinary commercial place, it is a health care facility. Reception staff were lovely. On the other hand, I went to this clinic for a second opinion for an ongoing medical condition, I felt as though the doctor may have taken offense to that? I felt like he completely dismissed my symptoms and I also felt as though he did not believe what I was saying. It was not until I ASKED for a referral to a specialist that he then said a little after that he suggests I should see a specialist. Definitely will not be returning. Empathy and understanding go a long way Doctor!
