What a joke... Absolutely do not go here! Worst experience ever. I came in to get my body fat percentage and was told the machine doesn’t work upon arrival. I couldn’t get a call?! Avoid avoid avoid!
Avoid at all costs. I had a terrible experience with this medical center. Some of the staff have a very unprofessional attitude, holding discussions about me in a communal area while I was within earshot in a waiting room. I tried to dispute some charges with them sending work to an out of network lab, and they promised to contact the lab on my behalf. They didn't, twice. Now they are sending me multiple bills for the same thing, ten months after the date of service. Do not visit.
I was one of the original patients here in Orlando. The office started under the care and watchful eye of Dr. Gary Bernard. Then Dr. victor flores took over. One day Dr. Flores disappeared and a Nurse Practitioner was left running the place. The cost of the bioidentical medications doubled from one month to the next and the attitude of the staff changed.
