Today was my first experience with Livewell and I will definitely back! My first experience was with their lovely receptionist who understood my bad experience with a previous vet and ensured she could handle getting my pets previous record for me, and she was extremely helpful with providing information regarding pricing. That one simple phone call was enough to tell me they care. I had a great experience at Livewell Animal Hospital! The front desk staff was easy to work with and kind. The vet technician was gentle and thorough with their questions / assessment. Dr. Kramer was knowledgeable and reasonable with his treatment for my cat. The environment was clean and they did everything to make my cat as comfortable as possible! I would recommend Livewell to any furbaby parents :)
Livewell RiNo is an amazing choice if you are looking for a location to bring your puppy for vaccinations and neutering/spaying. The staff is always extremely nice and explain things in a way that is easy to understand. It felt like every time I took my puppy in, they made it a goal to give better and better service. I could not recommend this location enough!
They take such good care of my pup, Poppy, and are always so pleasant to interact with. Poppy will pull me TO the vet when we're on a walk and I think that speaks volumes that she wants to willingly go to the vet, just to say hi :)
