I have had decent experiences and bad experience, but I just took my cat to see Dr. Jones and Dana at Livewell animal hospital after getting some horrible news emailed to me about my cat from our vet. Great experience for my feline, Sarah, and myself at Livewell Animal Hospital of Huntersville! Dr. Gold and his staff are very seasoned professionals and their attention to detail is impressive. The care that Sarah received and the time extended to me in explaining Sarah's condition was greatly appreciated and a great relief as I know she she will be getting the best of care. I was looking for a new vet as my vet of many years closed. So I researched and chose Livewell. I found Dr. Gold and staff easy to talk to and was immediately comfortable discussing care for our 12 year old cat Penny. They suggested options available for her care and I found the pricing affordable. I'm very happy with Livewell and plan on continuing pet care with Dr Gold.
This team has made the addition of a new kitten to the family super smooth. Pros: great front office staff, super clean, the kindess and most patient vet tech, and a friendly veterinarian who perfectly balances knowledge and pet lover energy. I also appreciate the upfront conversation about treatment, pricing and choices. No suprises, no pressure, no unnecessary upcharges. Cons: 🤷 none. We'll absolutely be going back for our future pet needs.
