Dr. Hendren and her team are truly the best. They take such incredible care of my pup, Lou, and I trust them more than any vet I’ve tried in Charlotte. They already knew Lou had been at the ER before I even called and made sure to work us in quickly for a follow-up, which meant so much during a stressful time. That level of care, attention, and compassion is hard to find. I honestly can’t say enough good things about them—Lou is in the very best hands here. Highly, highly recommend!

I had a great experience at Livewell. I had a suddenly very sick cat and they were able to get me in the same day for an ultrasound. I received very detailed results, including images, and a thorough phone call explaining the findings and next steps. Dr. Hendren was incredibly compassionate and thorough. Dr. Hendren and her team go above and beyond! I have a senior cat with early CKD and Dr. Hendren takes the time to answer all of my questions and provide solutions. I was concerned about putting Nala under for a dental and Dr. Hendren and the team went above and beyond to make sure Nala was stable and healthy and took many preventative measures to ensure she was well taken care of. I am so glad to have found a vet I trust with my baby!
The team at Livewell is my go to for all of my little Pommies healthcare needs. They are extremely thorough, the ultimate professionals, and really good with putting nervous dogs at ease.
