All the classes I have taken so far have been wonderful! I can tell a difference in my body, posture and mood after only a week. The environment is very comfortable and welcoming.
I have only taken yoga classes at LIVEWELL, but I have loves every teacher I have had. They are all so unique and wonderful. The staff up front is always helpful too.
There is nothing like a Flex151 training session!!! LOVE getting back in the routine of a HIT workout -- feeling the intensity and efficiency while having the personal coaching of my trainer Andrew to optimize my form and performance is so rewarding and empowering!
