Marian was super friendly and made my experience so much easier.
Marian was very nice and knowledgeable. However, I am giving two stars because when ringing me up, she pressed on the wrong persons name so I had to be charged twice. She called her supervisor and said “I did the same thing that I did yesterday, whoops” well, Marian, I had to borrow money just to get fingerprinted. Although she did refund the first amount, it still isn’t posted to my bank so now I’m at zero until Monday. Your little “whoopsie” means I have no money for 4 days.
