DO NOT LIVE HERE! Livesay Rentals is the absolute worst leasing company that I have come across. There are several leasing companies available on campus and I would recommend that you try any of them besides Livesay Rentals. Don't let them take advantage of you! DO NOT LIVE HERE!!!!!! Livesay Management is by far the worst leasing company I have ever worked with. We have had problem after problem with mold in our apartment, broken water heater, windows put in backwards, rude maintenance and clerical staff, ripped carpet, and squeaky floors, just to name a few. The maintenance staff is VERY slow to respond, make your entire apartment smell like smoke, refer to you as 'eh lady' when they are here, and even ask if they can have a cup of your coffee... read more
Livesay loves that money If you CAN, rent from another apartment. All these previous comments are exactly the same things I went through. When they want your money, they're all kind and respectful and courteous but when it comes to them giving you your money back, they may ignore you, "didn't get your message," or theres something wrong you did so you have to pay. Also, when they want to be, they can be EXTREMELY rude. To the point where you would think they were going to eat your soul or something.
Don't live at livesay Livesay is the worst rental company at Purdue. I have never met so many dumbasses. It is ran by total inbreds. They don't know how to treat their tenants right and over charge by far more than any other company. On the first day we went into our house there was puke on the ground when we first walked in. To add to the that the house was in complete disarray. Then we asked them to come clean it up, they waited one day after to send out their cleaning crew. Unethical business practices My monthly installments with them began on June 1st, 2009 with my last payment to be sent on May 1st 2010. According to the lease I was required to vacate the apartment by midnight on May 23rd, 2010. However, for reasons unknown to me I was required to pay for the full month of May, a total of $525.00. When I called to inquire as to why this was the case the reason I received was both insufficient and absurd. I was told that, ??You pay the same for months with fewer days, so it balances out.? Livesay Management showed us an apartment on Grant St. near the university. DON�??T EXPECT TO GET YOUR SECURITY DEPOSIT NO MATTER WHAT! My boyfriend lived in a livesay apartment for 2 years. His security deposit was a month rent, and after he moved out, he got a check with less than half of it. *One of the charge is paint walls: $145 !!! I helped him clean the apartment and checked it before turned it in. Cleaness of the apartment was like a 4-star hotel when he moved out.
