I had a very disappointing experience with Liverpool Smash Repair. After my accident in April, the repair process took four months of constant follow-ups and frustration. When I finally received my BMW, it was not properly repaired. I had it inspected by BMW, and they found numerous defects and poor workmanship. I reported this to my insurance company as well. To make matters worse, after completing the repairs, the shop stopped responding to my calls and messages, leaving me with no resolution. Even now, I am still dealing ... read more
