I had a very disappointing experience with Liverpool Smash Repair. After my accident in April, the repair process took four months of constant follow-ups and frustration. When I finally received my BMW, it was not properly repaired. I had it inspected by BMW, and they found numerous defects and poor workmanship. I reported this to my insurance company as well.
