I had a very disappointing experience with Liverpool Smash Repair. After my accident in April, the repair process took four months of constant follow-ups and frustration. When I finally received my BMW, it was not properly repaired. I had it inspected by BMW, and they found numerous defects and poor workmanship. I reported this to my insurance company as well. They have had my car for 5 months now. When you call, you will get no reply, you message, no reply. At this point, I’m starting to believe they stole my car. Seriously? It’s been a week since I have written this and I still don’t have my car. I was contacted last week and was told that you guys are “waiting for parts” but couldn’t tell me which parts or how long the wait is. This is beyond ridiculous, I want my car back!
