I have been a customer of Liverpool Pool & Spa East Syracuse for nearly 20 years. I've purchased two hot tubs from them and I have always had excellent customer service. Elisa Buckley, the spa sevices coordinator is outstanding in every way. She returns calls very promptly and goes the extra mile to assist. Whether scheduling a spa technician to come for a repair, to coordinate winterization and closing the spa, to very recently moving our hot tub to another home. Friendly, professional help. Reasonable prices. They did excellent work installing our pool nearly 40 years ago, replacing the liner a couple times and super helpful with pool maintenance chemicals and advice
