I recently bought a hot tub from Liverpool Pool and Spa. Jacob, the spa salesperson, was fantastic. He was informative about the different spas, listened to my questions, and never demonstrated any sales pressure. Jacob made the entire process smooth and customer friendly. I highly recommend him if you are shopping for a spa.

I have been doing business with Liverpool Pool & Spa for over 20 years!! They provide 5-star service from their super friendly and knowledgeable staff! I have a large, in-ground Gunite pool and then purchased a hot tub from them 5 years ago. They continue to service both my pool and my spa in excellence and test the water weekly for me. Chemicals and extra pool/spa supplies are always available. I will continue to bring my business to Liverpool Pool & Spa in the many years to come!!
