We have been customers of Liverpool Pool and Spa for years and have always received excellent service. Another example of this excellence happened today, when Mya helped me with a chlorine purchase. She was friendly, professional and helpful - a model of the perfect representation of phenomenal customer service. She greeted me with a smile, efficiently took my order, asked if I needed any of the seals loosened, and then helped me carry everything to my car (full chlorine containers are no joke). Liverpool pool and spa has a great staff and a great place to get your hot tub! They have excellent customer service there and the staff is very friendly and nice! Jessica and Alex and the rest of the crew there are awesome! They're always able to help us with any question we have about our hot tub! We would highly recommend this place to anybody that's looking to get a hot tub or a pool!
Jessica has amazing customer service skills.she makes sure her customers feel welcomed and supported she points us in the right direction every time we need help.not only does she run the store but she sells pools and spas while making sure everyone is taken care of in a timely manner.props to her as many people would fold .
