Jacob is the man. He held my hand and got me through from knowing nothing about hot tubs to actually being able to operate my own. Whenever I called or texted he got right back to me with expert advice. I highly recommend him. And we are loving our hot tub!
Zack offered to take 15 minutes to replace my gaskets on a leaking filter valve. I went home and brought the item I - he replaced the part in no time as promised. Only sad news, I won’t know if it is leak free - until next summer! Thanks for being open in December - and being helpful!
The folks at Liverpool Pool and Spa are terrific. Recently had my 20+ year old spa replaced with a new model. The team did a great job carefully removing the old spa and maneuvering the new unit in place. They went through the filling and operating instructions with me and answered all my questions.
