Lady was rude over the phone
Doctor Chung was very thorough and professional with my daughters health issues. He made sure to explain everything that was going on and gave us some peace of mind. We were able to make an appointment two days before which was a God send. Thankyou to the receptionist for helping us out.
I’m wondering why the reception could be so rude. He just hung up the phone straight away after the call was connected.
Our daughter had her first appointment with Dr Bindu Sankaran today and we were extremely impressed. The two receptionists gave us a very warm welcome and Dr Sankaran didn’t keep us waiting for hours like many specialists do and took us in right on time. Dr Sankaran also has a wonderful warm bedside manner and our daughter loved her. If only all specialists were like her. Highly recommended.
