My parents paid him to plow their driveway and he did not show up. When they contacted him, he swore at my mother and told her she was cheap. Very unprofessional. Who does this? Swearing at elderly people!
On March 14 we had the worst snow storm of season so far & it snowed for 25 hrs before they showed up 1 time. When my whole neighborhood got there driveways plowed 4x. He showed up after it snowed 25 hrs. I shoveled it myself, didn't wanna be snowed in tmr. They didn't Even show up at Last time we got snow.
