11 August 2021 Returned an unopened/unused product that was not needed, and having spoken with a company representative about the return, they reluctantly provided an RMA number. The item was returned the same day it was received. It took them 14 days to post a refund once they received the product, and they deducted 20% of the total paid, which included a percentage on taxes and shipping costs. Don’t recommend both cars I’ve heard about going here have ended up badly and have had to be taking to other shops (mustang and charger) only reliable cars I’ve seen come from here are shop cars

Since you've had no first hand experience with us, and we build thousands of cars a year, we'd stand by saying that there's likely more to any story that you're getting by only hearing one side.
They blow up motors and don’t stand behind their work.
Recently had a set of heads CNC ported. There was leftover material that the CNC machine did not port. spots of the runner that were not even touched. The twin intake split had jagged pieces that were never touched up. I called to complain and there CNC tech said this should have never left tue shop looking like that. They transferred my ticket to the sales manager who basically gave me the run around. He told me that's how they "turn and burn" there basic CNC port jobs. The customer did not request, nor was he charged for any additional services. I have no idea how this place got over a 2 star review. They must make their employees type up something nice to say before they can start their day there . I brought my 2016 focus st with 30,000 miles on it there because the motor was blown and they made me a new engine and put in a performance clutch and a dyno tune, I payed them $5000 up front to get started while the car sat in my garage. Expensive with a warranty that isn’t worth much. I brought my 2016 focus st there with a blown motor (30,000 miles) they quoted me $16,000 for a new motor and a performance clutch. I gave them $5000 deposit to start it and they said they didn’t have room in the shop yet so I waited . 3 months later they had me tow the car there so they could start working on it. After paying a premium, I received a cam with several imperfections and a couple of nicks taken out of a lobe. They assured me “this has never happened before” After dealing with customer service, I was not offered the chance for a refund. They sent me another one and then expected me to print and ship the first one back rather then sending a label. It too was damaged.
