Very unprofessional, staff is rude doctors are rude, the wait times are extremely long, the quality of work is poor, you will end up having to go get the work corrected by someone else, if you voice your concerns they will ignore it and blame you for their inability to provide the service they are paid for

Constant trips for bad work done in my mouth making me go through unnecessary pain. Dr.alex is a horrible dentist and so is his attitude. I really like Mandy she is professional and relatable and so is the young lady with the locks in her hair .The chick at the front desk clearly is miserable in her life and has a attitude for no reason. Everytime I come I can hear other patients returning because they are having a issue. Everyone is not going to have the same experience in life ,but I wish I would have went somewhere else.
The receptionist “shemekah” will place you on hold when she doesn’t want to do her work then ignore your phone calls. I can confirm cause I *67 and she finally answers again. I am currently a patient here and I was trying to book an appointment. The staff is egregious. Just terrible, the dentist them selves are great
