We looked at other Subaru dealerships in Northern California and Sam K. at Livermore Subaru gave us the best deal. Sam K.’s customer service made us willing to make the drive to Livermore.
I left my car for warranty repair, heated seats not working. Came to pick it up a week later. Started driving. The problem was not resolved. Had to return. You didn't even bother to test it! You had the car for a whole week and you couldn't even test it??!? It is simple! Sit inside, turn the heated seats on, wait 5 minutes for your butt to cook. If it is well done after 5 minutes then we are good. If it is still medium-rare then it is not working!!
The sales team is awesome, service is the worst I have ever experienced is 15 years of car ownership. The service was so poor over two years (I spoke to the operations manager too) I sadly had to finally trade in my Subaru for a difference Japanese car manufacturer.
The service manager, Rich, told me the alignment the preformed was as good as it gets... i brought it back twice and it's worse then when i brought it in. I added the video to the comments 2015 Impreza Sport
