We are extremely happy with Livermore Smiles!! We travel from Mexico every 6 or so months to keep our appointments. From the check-in staff to the hygienists, to the X Ray techs, and, of course, Dr B - everyone is warm, friendly, helpful and very professional. So happy to have stumbled upon this fabulous place. Thanks, you guys! You rock, all of you.
I’ve only just recently started going here, but every time I go in for a visit I’m met with the most amazing people. I’ve been horribly sick the past month and they’ve been so patient and caring with me calling and rescheduling multiple times until I feel better. The manager Claudia is such a sweetheart and treats me like a person, not just a patient. I’ve loved every interaction with her.
I had a wonderful experience at my recent dental visit! From the moment I walked in, the staff was welcoming, friendly, and professional, especially Klaudia, the office manager. I had gum grafting surgery and Dr. Cangini was amazing! He made me feel comfortable and at ease. He took the time to answer all of my questions and made sure I understood my treatment options. My daughter was seen February 2024 and was immediately told she needed braces. Xrays were taken and she had rubber band spacers placed all at the initial consult. We returned a few days later only to find that the provider had placed the spacer on the WRONG SIDE of her mouth. Needless to say, we were not pleased that she had to go through several days of discomfort for nothing. We immediately decided that we would get care elsewhere.
