In the market for a truck and the truck I was looking for they had marked at 30k over MSRP. Scummy business practice
I had a great time. Good service, unfortunately they didn't have what I was looking for. As with all big money purchases, LOOK AT WHAT YOU ARE BUYING!!! On a more positive note, the salesman assisting me let me take one of the more flashy vehicles for a test drive. I greatly enjoyed that experience, but unfortunately, I'm just not a Ford guy.
Poor service, lack of organization and communication
I had to make repeated calls to the service writer to try to find out what was going on with my vehicle he was never available so I left messages he never called back I had to call again and again and finally what the service manager to get the problem resolved
I recently took my car to this dealer to conduct a diagnostic and repair. Sunny was my service advisor and was a great help in coordinating the car repair and making sure it fit into my schedule and didn’t disrupt my work. I greatly appreciate the flexibility and care taken into the repair.
