OMG the front desk staff are the most ignorance and unprofessional from taking appointments to greeting or processing the paperwork they don’t speak English or if they do they put you on hold for longest time stay away from this place feel sorry for this Dr. Because he is loosing Patients or clients because of this poor customer service at the front desk

Don’t trust Dr. Thuan he’s all about $ and will go after good insurance. This place is pretty empty now because everyone move to Dr. Lang or somewhere else. That is why they accept Medicare and Mexican peoples.

Be wary of scams or the staff, they may try to take advantage of patients with limited English. My mother was pressured and taken advantaged of that they gave her a procedure she did not ask for. When she called the staff on concerns of the bill, the staff was very dismissive until my mother said she’d file a report on them. We’ve heard of another patient that came in and ended up being charged these unnecessary fees. Be wary of the staff and how they may take advantage of you.
