I have relocated. In trying to find another doctor, a major Hurricane struck my area and the doctor's office are not seeing new patients for a while. I called to get a refill on a Rx that causes withdrawals if not taken every day. Instead of helping out a LONG TIME patient in an emergency situation, I was told "Sorry. We can't help you". Dr. Ernie Fletcher has absolutely NO Bedside manner whatsoever. I had an appointment for a suspected sinus infection, I came in with no voice and feeling terrible. He conducted the exam and said NOTHING about what I come in for and started discussing my weight and asking unnecessary and unrelated questions. When asked if this had anything to do with today's visit he responded that it did not but he continued to push the issue. On my last appointment I signed in and spoke to the girl at front desk and she never acknowledged me. All her coworkers did come out at one point and laughed and carried on while I was waiting to be called. This is not the first time this has happened!!! I work in Customer Service every day and I try to at least smile and speak to my customers! Love this doctors office from the office manager to the doctors & nurse practioner. Everyone is so nice and caring. My daugthers even go here. Also, the place is extremely clean with lovely decor.
Staff isn’t friendly or professional. Except for one person. It’s sad to move to a new area to serve my Country and have individuals act like this. I pray for every single soul especially the receptionist. May God bless her for he sees every heart!!!
I love how friendly the staff is. The Drs are great and even though they dont take walk ins they do make same day appointments. I hardly wait in the waiting room. Its clean and i dont feel like i need a bath after a visit.
You have to see the right doctor merrilea reeves she is the best I love her she has always helped me and got me well I been seeing her for years it all depends on who you see !!!!
First time I came was great. I had Lavender and Erica and they were professional and quick. Last several times it has been a nightmare! They don't take walk ins , contrary to their Facebook and website advertisement. (Yes because I always plan when I'm going to be sick and make an appt in advance.)
