This is one of the worst realty companies in Southeast Arkansas. Aside from the shady lease that had "hidden clauses" about $500 pet deposits, this company refuses to take care of their tenants. We live in a ground-floor apartment that has now flooded 3 times due to a trench that needs to be dug, of course they've made no steps towards accomplishing that. The first time it flooded, I called the office, where the receptionist first lectured me about how I should've called earlier when the maintenance men where at the complex.... read more
