They fail in all aspects, do not give his company business. First they failed to ever mention that the Apartments in Monticello, Arkansas are unfurnished (of course this is all probably in the contract somewhere but a professional company would outright mention it at the least). They also forgot to mention that the Apartments do not include a washer or dryer and that if you'd like them installed it costs an extra $40 a month.
