Dr.Mitchell and the rest of the care team always provide great care! Dr.Mitchell listens to your concerns and spends time caring for your child. Our visit is never rushed. The front desk staff is kind and quick to check us in.
My three children have been patients at Lively Pediatrics for several years. We love Dr. Mitchell and all the other providers and nurses. They always show extreme care and concern. They take time to get to know them personally. The whole office staff is friendly, helpful, and knowledgeable. They always go above and beyond. Thank you Dr. Mitchell and staff. We are blessed to have you in our area.
We have experienced wait times of up to over 2 hours, even when arriving early for our appointments. The most concerning issue has been the receptionist, Kathy, who has been consistently rude and unprofessional towards me and my family. On multiple occasions, she has been on her cell phone texting while we were standing at the desk waiting to check in, and we had to wait for her to finish before being acknowledged. We love Dr. Mitchell and the rest of the Lively Pediatrics team! We have been with them for about 3 years. Sick visits & well visits, our daughter has always loved them and even asks to go when we drive by (just to say "hi" 😂❤️) We appreciate the time she and the other providers take to speak with us and answer any questions. Quality care. I highly recommend them to anyone looking for a pediatrician.
