This is a newer hotel so finishes are fresh and clean. Generally it's a good design, ample sized rooms with well lated out bathrooms, except the lobby is on the second floor (pain to check in) and the parking garage is not next to the hotel (bit of a walk outside). The staff is friendly and helpful. One downside is the limited selection of television channels available. The big killer is that you can hear the person in the next room talking (never ran into that before at a Hilton). Will not be staying here again.

I’d like to say that Mario is an exceptional member of this institution. His professionalism & courteousness is above all others in this establishment. He was very cordial, friendly, patient & helpful during our stay here. I hope that he leads the team at this establishment and help them become as commendable as he is!!!

Parking is so awful due to the valet parking being forced on you. It is not convenient if you have a schedule to adhere to. They lost our keys once, then couldn’t locate our vehicle, then wouldn’t listen to us when we said we had tipped our dude when we left the keys in the vehicle. They really don’t have a great system in place. Additionally, we had a bag purchased from a store in the courtyard stolen right off of the counter in our room…… it’s been an entire day and they have not contacted us to let us know anything about ... read more

The Lively Hotel on Oak is my new go-to for solo work travel. Pull up to the front, and valet deals with parking. Keyless, no-contact checkin is available. The room is well-appointed. Food, shopping, and a green space for safe walking rounded out the checklist of what makes a hotel a place to come home to when you can't be at home.

Terrible customer service. Completely understaffed , waited with on hold for 20 minutes for the front desk while my husband was at the pool bar and waited 45 minutes for two drinks at 3:00pm. I was wanting to call and speak to someone about the kids that were allowed at an adult pool. Yelling and splashing and jumping in a 3ft deep pool that is literally 10x10. Finally front desk picked up and he has 15 people in line to check in and he is the only one at the front desk. He basically didn’t care about our situation at the po... read more
