Some reason google is flagging the bad reviews bc there’s so many. If you’re looking to move here, pls do your research and not be like me and sign a year lease . Just bc it’s in the dunes doesn’t mean it’s luxury. The managers approve anyone , the neighbors are sketchy & loud and rude as hell. If you care about your mail/packages , I’m sorry but your stuff will be lost and or stolen. The managers will do NOTHING to help the issue. Go look at the mail room. Pool and gym is constantly shut down. I regret signing a lease here.

I rarely leave negative reviews, but I feel it is important to share my experience as a resident of The Lively at Grande Dunes. When my fiancé and I moved in approximately a year and a half ago, the community was managed very differently. Turn over rate is high. They fired the only staff members who were actively trying to make the place better. (Actually they are lucky to still have JB)The new property management company doesnt know what they are doing. If you think your living environment has gotten worse, this is why.

I just took a tour here at Lively and Javon, the wonderful lady who gave me my tour, was amazing! She was open and honest when it came to any questions I had, and she even made it a point to make sure I asked questions! A great first impression, and can’t wait to move in!
