I just took a tour here at Lively and Javon, the wonderful lady who gave me my tour, was amazing! She was open and honest when it came to any questions I had, and she even made it a point to make sure I asked questions! A great first impression, and can’t wait to move in!
So, do we recommend The Lively at Grande Dunes? Honestly it's a 50/50, depending on your expectations. We chose The Lively in November 2025 for its decently-priced rent for the 3/2 apartment, the proximity to the beach (0.9 miles), saltwater pool, central air, and newer construction. We are relatively pleased. However, one of the biggest reasons we chose living here was the promised benefit of being allowed to utilize the Ocean Watch Club at the Marriot Resort, with a shuttle service and permission to utilize those amenities... read more
Hallways are filthy . A lot more sketchy people living here than I thought. Neighbors are loud and inconsiderate.
Why are there so many sketchy people living here? I thought this was a decent area. The amount of times someone’s tried to open my door quietly is insane . Neighbors are loud and inconsiderate.
