RecommendedI can't speak too much for the experience of living at the Lively but I would like to take a minute to give a shout out to them on how well they treated me when my dad, Leon Ramage passed away. Not only was Anthony, who works on site very helpful on a couple occasions but Rhett made the move out experience as painless as could be expected under the circumstances. If I was ever in the area and needing an apartment, I'd certainly give The Lively serious consideration.
We have been here since day one. Just moved to bigger unit. Absolutely the best place to live in MB. Highly recommend.
As a resident, living at the lively has been wonderful. However as a dog owner, living at the lively has now gotten quite a bit tougher. The new “modifications” that have been made to the dog park are pointless. They have turned TWO sections (small dog and big dog) into ONE section that is half the size of what it used to be. Leaving the other half of the old park as a giant dirt field that is now used for nothing. I visited the beach house facility on Memorial Day and it was awesome- my friends and family who live here love it and it’s well maintained.
